Seed Papermaking
Join Emma Le Cornu, MNH’s Library & Archives Conservator, to make your own sheet of paper out of old paper scraps and add wildflower seeds. Learn about papermaking with a brief overview of its history and see how handmade paper is created in different part of the world. Take away a few sheets of paper that you can use to make cards, gift tags, invitations and more. When you are finished with it you can sow it in a pot or in your garden and watch it grow!
Equipment and materials are provided. However, feel free to bring your own seeds leaves, flowers, or any other decorative elements that you would like to add to your sheets of paper.
