A Manx Year
Friends of Manx National Heritage have chosen to illustrate "A Manx Year" through Manx folklore and traditions old and new throught the seasons.
Sprin is depicted through May Dave Eve, Crosh Cuirns and Burnking the Gorse. Summer by Strawberry Teas, Autumn by The Harvest and Hollantide and Winter by Christmas Eve and Hunt the Wren.
Our thanks go to the Friends of Manx National Heritage volunteers who have given up their valuable tie to created the floral arrangements and the illustrated cards naming the displays. Thanks also go to the FMNH members for their generous donations for the flowers and we are also grateful to the Perree Bane Manx Dance Group for the loan of the Hunt the Wren Pole.
